1- learn to bow:
in japan we may see people bowing while in phone. keep in mind that the men and women bow differently, men keep his hands in his sides while bowing, while the womens put their hands together and their fingers touch each other.
2-learn the verbal greeting:
the conversation will gently started with hello ''konnichiwa'', you could say good eavning"konbanwa", good morning which means "ohayō gozaimasu", also you can simply say "ohayō" specially for close friends and family.
3-be aware of the proper titles for each person.
A- the title follows with the name of the person, the most common title is added to a name is "san" which means "Mr.", "Miss", "Mrs.", or "Ms.". for example: Suzuki-san. to call your senior use "senpai" for example: suzuki-senpai, to call a teacher or a doctor, you can use "sensei" for example: Ogawa sensei.
B- a younger girl or a close girl friends the name can ended with '' chan " and younger boy can ended with " kun ".
